Prediction of Job satisfaction in Korean National Mental Hospitals to use Decision Tree

Abstract
Objectives: This study predicts a job satisfaction in five Korean Mental hospitals using the decision tree. The previous researches which are MBNQA study approach SEM or casual relationships, thus, we approach the issue from a different angle.

Methods: A case study examined five Korean Mental hospitals in Korea to use Decision tree. Data were collected from the health professionals.

Results: the results of this study indicate that one is satisfaction influence patient`s satisfaction, and the other is to improve hospital management.

Conclusion: This study analysis job satisfaction of five metal hospitals to use the decision tree. Job satisfaction effects hospital`s management. Therefore, strengthen the competitive advantages in the health care market while enhancing the job satisfaction of health care professionals.
